Patrick Cripps …tough hombre who tries to do too much at times, needs to bring team mates in and kick goals.
Harry McKay …believed his own press and lost his way, a few times over the years.
Mitchell McGovern …over paid.
Tom DeKoning …developing, a must sign on player or get top shelf trade.
Blake Acres …works hard, wins his own ball, but don’t give him the ball in the defence.
Ollie Hollands …star Blue in the making, needs to be managed better, still a kid.
Sam Docherty …a genuine goer with some serious talent.
Jack Carroll …being badly managed, injuries hurting his continuity.
Brodie Kemp …smart clean footballer, contract extension needed.
Sam Walsh …top shelf mid fielder, needs more help around him.
Corey Durdin …one of too many smaller forwards, better choice over Motlop. Still a kid.
Lachie Plowman …been a solid trier but lacks composure and finishing decisions.
Jack Martin …over paid, under delivered. Bad recruiting decision.
Caleb Marchbank …very talented player, if only he can stay fit. On way back now, again.
Nick Newman …great defender, does his job.
Zac Fisher … never reached heights of his WA PSA footy days.
George Hewitt …hard working defensive mid, having a tough run this season.
Lachie Cowan …solid hard working tough nut. Still a kid Tassie cannot have him back.
Marc Pittonet …solid ruckman without being a dominant one.
David Cunnigham …speedy talented forward, injury plagued for years, on comeback now, again.
Charlie Curnow …high end talented athlete, would be a monster in middle.
Jason Binns …tough talented fast kid out of Caulfield Grammar.
Lewis Young …still developing big man, bargain buy for Petrevski-Seton pick.
Sam Philp …injured all the time.
Ed Curnow …well past his best.
Josh Honey …shows promise but not enough.
Jordan Boyd …good ball user, when he gets it.
Alex Cincotta …fast decisive mature recruit …worth his weight easy.
Adam Saad …skilful and clever, being tagged out of games and needs protecting from that so he can be freed up to deliver into forward 50.
Matt Owies …works hard, does good things. Best small forward option.
Matt Cottrell …speedy hard working, gives his best.
Sam Durdin …possibly the tough man needed in defence, if not injured.
Handful of VFL played players Mirkov, Lemmey, O’Keefe who are unknown factors as well as a few rookie players yet to be tried.
