WAFL preliminary final…
South’s Marlion Pickett is tackled by Subi’s Scott Hancock while Lachlan Delahunty provides support and umpire Kyal Horsely makes his decision (the real umpire said, “Give it to me.”).
SOUTH FREMANTLE scored the first three goals of the WAFL preliminary final and for a while it seemed their slick ball movement had Subiaco rattled. The Lions steadied mid-way through the quarter and two goals by small forward Liam Baker eased them back into the contest. Subiaco scored six goals to one in the second quarter and never gave up control of the game. Continue reading
