I think that is Daniel Macaulay in the photo, not Nic Italiano.

    Editor's note: Well spotted Dean.

A beauty to end the WAFL round

Subiaco vs East Perth...

EAST PERTH coach Tony Micale suggested his team's round six meeting with co-tenant Subiaco at Leederville Oval was his paupers against the millionaires. The Royals led from the start against their more talented rivals but poor kicking for goal meant they couldn't get enough of a break over the Lions.
Led by Adam Cockie and Ben Keevers, Subiaco fought back from more than five goals behind during the third quarter to fall just three points short in an exciting finish.
Captain Luke Webster was effective and received great support from Brent Cowell, Tim Noakes, Craig Wulff and David Dawes. Young ruckman Zac Clarke again impressed and 20-year-old full back Ben Stratton scored a notable win over Subiaco full forward Brad Smith.
Subiaco 10.13 (73) East Perth 10.16 (76).
